Hi, I’m Brynn.

Before I make it about me, I want to pause and honor YOU for a moment. If you’ve made it to this page, you’ve already taken one of the hardest steps: seeking support. This step reflects your courage and openness to growth, and I’m truly so happy you’re here!

I’m Brynn Werner Silverstein, a licensed clinical social worker. I help individuals navigate life changes and emotional challenges while supporting self-awareness, clarity and and meaningful change.

I’ve had the privilege of supporting people through many different stages and seasons of life. My background includes work in schools, community health centers, elder care, hospitals, end-of-life settings, and private practice. These experiences shape my compassionate approach and allow me to tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs.

Every therapy journey is different, but at the core of my work is authentic human connection and collaboration. In my clinical practice, I work primarily from a relational approach, grounded in the belief that the connection between therapist and client is central to healing. I believe transformation happens where relational depth and clinical skill meet — where you feel supported, challenged, seen, and empowered.

While therapy can bring up challenging emotions, I also make space for lightness and humor. A little levity can help us hold the heavy with compassion!

Starting therapy can feel intimidating. From our first conversation, I aim to be authentic and transparent to see if we’re the right fit. If we are, we’ll begin building a life that supports the best version of you.
