I accept Aetna and UnitedHealthcare for clients in New York and Connecticut. If you don’t have Aetna or UnitedHealthcare, or prefer to pay out of pocket, my session fee is $200.
For clients in New Jersey, I’m not currently in-network with insurance, so sessions are private-pay only. If paying out of pocket, I can provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

We typically begin with weekly sessions to build momentum and connection. Over time, we can adjust the frequency to fit your needs and goals.

Our first session is a space to get to know you, what brings you in, what you’re hoping for, and how life has felt lately. There’s no need to have everything figured out. We’ll move at a pace that feels right, building trust and safety together.
-
There’s no one-size-fits-all timeline. Some people come for a few months to focus on a specific goal, while others prefer ongoing support. We’ll regularly revisit your goals to ensure therapy continues to feel meaningful and helpful.

I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or missed sessions (no-shows) are charged the full session fee.

At this time, I do not currently work with clients experiencing active self-harm, suicidal ideation, or substance use. If these concerns arise, I’ll help you connect with appropriate care to ensure your safety and support.
